2. Purpose of Data Processing
Personal data submitted through this website’s contact form (such as name, email, phone number, company name, representative, registration number, and case description) are processed solely to evaluate your legal inquiry and establish professional contact.

Data are processed based on:

Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps taken at your request prior to entering into a legal services agreement; and

Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – the legitimate interest of the Law Firm to respond to inquiries and maintain professional communication.

4. Confidentiality and Data Sharing
All information is treated as professionally confidential under the attorney–client privilege.
Data are not disclosed to third parties, except where required by law or with your explicit authorization.

5. Data Retention
Personal data are kept only as long as necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or until a legal services contract is concluded.
If no collaboration is established, your data will be deleted within 12 months from receipt
